1. Drain the water below the skimmers.
2. Remove all returns, unions and gauges.
3. Blow out the pool lines, drain filters and pumps.
4. Place duck plugs into returns and skimmers.
5. Pump pool safe antifreeze through the lines and in skimmers.
6. Test and balance water chemistry, chlorinate and add an algaecide.
7. Cover your pool with your safety cover, tarp or automatic cover.
